Our Story
UmrahPackages.bd is an initiative of Haramain Touch. From the very beginning, our thinking was straightforward: an ordinary family in Bangladesh should be able to stand before the Kaaba without stretching beyond their means or worrying about who is looking after them.
Over the past three years, Haramain Touch has served close to a thousand pilgrims with dependable Umrah and Hajj arrangements. That trust was not built in a day. It came from keeping the promises we made, handling the small details nobody notices until they go wrong, and staying reachable from the first phone call until our pilgrims are safely home again.
To us, a pilgrim is never simply a customer. You are a guest of the House of Allah, and being asked to arrange that journey is a privilege we take seriously.
